How Puridex protects accounts

  • Role-separated user, merchant, and admin workspaces.
  • Email verification, optional 2FA, throttled sign-in flows, and session-aware mobile access.
  • Security-sensitive actions are logged for operational review.

How deposits are verified

  • Deposits are checked against supported assets, networks, and payment instructions.
  • Crypto deposits require network confirmation before crediting the Puridex account balance.
  • Users should only send from supported networks and should keep proof or transaction hashes.

How withdrawals are reviewed

  • Withdrawal requests reserve the account amount first, then move through operational review.
  • KYC, account status, destination details, and risk signals may affect processing.
  • Support may ask clarifying questions through official Puridex channels only.

KYC and platform protection

  • KYC reduces impersonation, abuse, payment disputes, and restricted-account activity.
  • Verification status controls access to higher-risk actions such as withdrawals and selected trading flows.
  • Puridex does not use KYC language to guarantee profit or financial outcomes.

Merchant order safety

  • Merchant onboarding, documents, contracts, and settlement accounts are reviewed before order eligibility.
  • Orders include deadlines, proof upload, completion review, and admin oversight.
  • Merchants should only act on orders visible inside the Puridex merchant portal or app.

What Puridex will never ask for

  • Your password, seed phrase, private key, or full 2FA code.
  • Remote access to your device or wallet.
  • A payment to a personal account, unofficial wallet, or agent outside the platform instructions.

Deposit safety rules

  • Verify the asset, network, amount, and destination before sending.
  • Do not reuse old instructions unless the current deposit screen still shows them.
  • Contact support@puridex.pro before sending if anything looks inconsistent.

Investment risk notice

  • Digital asset activity and plan subscriptions involve risk.
  • Read the Risk Disclosure before funding, trading, or subscribing to plans.
  • Puridex Trust Center information is not a financial guarantee or profit promise.

Official communications

  • Official support email: support@puridex.pro.
  • Important Puridex messages may include a reference code such as PX-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXXXX.
  • Use the Verify a Puridex Message tool before trusting urgent payment or account instructions.

Report suspicious messages

If someone claims to represent Puridex and asks for secrets, urgent off-platform payment, or remote access, do not respond. Forward details to support@puridex.pro or submit a report from the verification page.
